"This is such a quaint place right on the beach. The property is kept up so well. The chairs, pool area, hammock and other outdoor amenities are kept up. The Adirondack chairs are so nice to sit and look at the beach if not going down. The room was simple, bright and clean. Bathroom is very vintage and cute with old fashioned water faucet handles although we’d appreciate an upgraded showerhead. Also thank you so much to Daniella who let us keep our luggage in the office while we went shopping while waiting to go to the airport. We will definitely be back to stay! "

"Great location. Close to restaurants and stores for basic needs. Beautiful beach and nice pool. However, the room was shabby and needed updating. The shower didn’t have much water pressure. It was fairly noisy until late at night - the rooms must have very thin walls because you could hear everything. Overall not terrible but also not great."

"Loved our 4-night stay at the Don Cesar with my husband and 3 year old! The hotel & beach were clean, the staff was lovely, and the pink details were so fun. Nothing beats lounging on that beach under the pink striped umbrellas. The spa was luxurious & the live band at the Lobby Bar was fabulous. The bathroom was small, but that's to be expected of any historic hotel. It was still very nice. My only disappointment was the value at Maritana, the property's fine dining restaurant. The food was good, but $42 for two scallops on a bit of sweet potato puree was ridiculous. Overall, though, we were very pleased with our stay and felt like the Pink Palace became our beachfront "home away from home." We intend to come back regularly!"

"Clean and rooms were good, not over the top but great for people that have kids and don’t want to worry about breaking expensive things or keep elder people up. Bar scene is great. Convenient access to the beach, stores, restaurants and neighboring hotels."

"This property is AMAZING! Comfy bed, even the sofa bed Great location, easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff made us feel like we were family. We are looking at our calendars as we are definitely going back."

"The only reason i give it 4 overall is because it was not private beach and they are not paying for the beach resort fee, so if you need to set on the beach you will have to rent your own chair, umbrella… ect And they are not cheap!! Paying top dollar to stay in such hotel you would expect that would be included!! And $25 parking per night!"
