Well kept, very clean. Rooms excellent with everything you would need. Walking distance to John's Pass, across street from beach (very short distance). Next to a good restaurant with good music while sitting at pool. Not far from other activities and attractions.
This property is showing it's age, but is kept very clean and it was a pleasant visit. Convenient to the beach and many eating establishments. I would highly recommend Holiday Isles Resort. Our grandson sure loved the pool!

Very nice room. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and anything you need. Having a separate air conditioner in the bedroom made for very comfortable sleeping. Also, the keyless entry was a nice touch. You can go to the beach and not have to worry about forgetting:losing the key.
