"The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For a regular standard room it was above expectation. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that the hotel did not nickel and dime us for every amenity. Free bottled water, free beach chairs as well as beach towels. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"The location to the beach and restaurants was very convenient, but the hotel was dirty. We discovered COCKROACHES multiple times in our room. Floors were dirty, many people smoked outside their rooms. It's a motel with outside entrance into your room. Parking is $15.00 per day, which isn't mentioned online. Pool is ok, but not heated. Management is gruff, difficult to deal with when there's issues. The plastic shower curtain had black mold on it at the bottom and the bathroom is tiny. No kitchen on the room we had. Fridge is small too. I would never stay there again. "

"We stayed in one of the recently redone rooms and everything was just amazing. Perfect location with access right to the beach, kid-friendly, easily walkable to John's Pass. Staff are friendly, really nice patio with grill, very safe area. Highly recommend And this will be our normal vacation spot!"

The property left some things to be desired such as: light daily room tidying (garbages emptied, beds made, towels replenished without being asked)...I requested my sheets be changed in the primary bedroom since my duvet cover was a little dirty and they could not accommodate me until the following day - no one wants to sleep with a dirty duvet cover. The spaces were also a little tight. Overall it was ok but I would probably not go out of my way to stay there again. "
