"This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. "Very poor maintenance , the bathrooms have flush which never temoves poop n keeps dripping , the bathroom floors have no mats so its a watery mess , the electrical sockets dont work , poorly trained staff , the front desk jokers are totally inept n so are the managers . "

"The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation.
