"It's not like what Marriott property are , its like normal hotels in mussoorie. Nothing special , there breakfast and dinning area is also small , very less variety in breakfast , staff is very slow Food is ok ok "

"Property was not matching as per expectations and like other tree of life property. There was no refrigerator in room even after multiple requests that too for mountain side expensive room. Old tv, no toiletries on room cleaning, breakfast was not upto the mark even we didn't have a breakfast coz of sime tiff with staff members. Hospitality needs to be improved and property needs some real upgrades."

"Loved our 3 night stay at the hotel. Room was spacious with balcony. Location was a short walk from the clock tower in a nice area with lovely views. Staff were courteous and helpful. Food was good quality. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "
