"High class building and services. Good location as near Iwaki station, museum and restaurant area, but quiet at night. The breakfast has western and japanese style that we can make own seafood rice bowl, Donburi! Also, they provided some ethnic Fukushima food. I recommend it!"

"the place is great,its our thirt time we tried all the hotels its all good but we think monolith tower is the best❤️ the price is expensive especially if you go on summer or holidays especially obon yasumi the price is double.,but all in all we highly recommend hotel hawaiians resort😍great experience to our family"

"プールや温泉まで部屋からすごく遠いい。そして水辺にスマホを持って行きにくいので、ぜひ、ICタグで決算にして欲しい。　ロッカーの位置もわかりにくいのに日によって場所が変わるのはやめて欲しい。履物はNGの場所は滑りにくい素材の敷物を敷いて欲しい。滑って転んだ人いましたよ。タオル、バスタオルのみフロントで交換してくれるのは知っていてもフロントが遠いい… ルームキーが1つなのも不便。帰り時間ギリギリまでプールに居るとお風呂に困った。近場の中央大浴場は広くていい湯ですが、身体を洗えないのは困りました。ドライヤーもどこにあるかわからなかったです。　館内のショップや食べ物は満足です。ハワイを感じたかったけど、ショーとホテルの部屋の近くでのみ聴こえたハワイワンソングのみかなぁ。もう少しプールでもハワイアンを聞きたかった。"

"Less than 5 minute walk from Yumoto station. 2 Onsens exists in its vicinity. OVerall a good place, very basic, took a while for the internet to work. Not a whole lot of place to eat, but the town itself is super small.. an ok place for a one night stay.."

"子ども（１才）と２人で泊まりました。ベッドはまだ落ちる危険があるので座敷で寝れる宿を探してこちらにしましたが、スタッフさんが子どもに優しく一緒に遊んでくれたり、トイレに行ってる間少しだけ見ててくれたりと、とても助けられました。たまたまスタッフの教え子さんもいらしていて、一緒に遊んでくれたのが嬉しかったです。アットホームな雰囲気がよかったので、今度は友人を誘って泊まりに行きたいと思います。"
