"The breakfast was good the gentleman kept it stocked very well. The inside of the living area the carpet appeared to dirty and there was a smell of not clean. My daughter called for a plunger on that Sunday morning and no one ever came. The elevator was down and there was a gentleman looked as if he just got out of the hospital and had been waiting for some time. I reported it and I don't know if anyone came. My family had to take the stairs the rest of our stay. Very well priced I must say."

"We checked in, went upstairs and came right back down to check out. The reviews that I read before booking must have been paid reviews. Pulling up to the front door there were people hanging outside smoking, its like people are living there. The sliding doors to the lobby sounded like they were about to fall off the hinges. The lobby was clean and the front desk staff that checked me in was very pleasant. After being checked in, when we got into the elevator it was also very sketchy, our room was on the 4th fl, and as soon as the elevator doors open the smell of smoke slaps you in the face, the carpet was dirty, had stains, we get to the room and the corner of the door lock looks as If it was pryed open before like broken into. A few of the doors looked like this as well. We get into the room and it smell like the previous person that stayed there chain smoked in that room. The door to the adjoining room the lock was loose and seemed like the person next door could easily kick the door open. The cleanliness of the room was average, it was ok but not great and the cigarette smoke was overwhelming. We gathered our things and went back downstairs to check out, when the front desk staff asked the reason and I told her she just said ok and told me to call expedia. She didn't seem surprised at all. Thank you to expedia for processing our refund so quickly after speaking to 2 different representative after the first one had us on hold for a while and then hung up."

"The stay was incredible! Clean hotel, quiet room, beds were so comfortable, the robes were a nice touch, pool was a nice temperature and the gym had a nice selection. The restaurant food was amazing. We will certainly be back. We enjoyed our stay."
