"Since it’s new, it’s very clean, nice size room, but bath shower is not sealed accordingly, water keeps coming out of the side and bottom of walk in door, needed extra towels to dry up floor. We love the lobby and the casino floor. 12 Moons restaurant is excellent. Staff are great. They greet you at the door to lobby entrance."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful, although both rooms for our family had some very "heavy-footed" people above us on the fifth floor. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were there for a funeral and not familiar with the area, and they helped us with dry cleaning sites, restaurants and florists! "
