Really unique stay and staff went out of their way to ensure I had an early breakfast before taking part in an ultra event. If you contact them in advance they will reserve you a parking space outside.

What a unique hotel, we loved it and would definitely stay again. The staff were all fantastic. The bar had great cocktails and the breakfast was just what you need! Location is great and the optional add on parking is very reasonable!

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice but if you’re looking for a cooked breakfast you can get one across in the Ship in the Shore. I was happy with the choice of breakfast items!

So firstly of all, it is carefully and marvellously put together, very much worth the effort. Has air conditioning, and the full cabins have a big, comfy bed - the best of the whole trip. The people were really nice, the location was lovely, not a lot to complain about at all

What a really unusual place to stay. We loved staying here. The staff were friendly and really helpful, esp as the trams were not working so we got a great explanation of which buses would take us to various locations. I love the art deco period and this boat certainly did not disappoint. We will definitely be back! Its s hidden gem in Leith.

Our time on the Ocean Mist was an incredible experience. The location was beautiful, the boat was amazing and the staff were so kind. We particularly appreciated the bar staff. The breakfast was also wonderful!

It was a unique stay on a boat in Leith that had clearly been lovingly restored and maintained. We loved our room and the decor. The staff were outstanding from the moment we came aboard, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area and very attentive. We especially thought that the young waiter at the bar who made our cocktails was really lovely, cheery and funny. There was a very small issue with our room which was quickly resolved but we were delighted to be given 2 mugs as a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ which is a lovely memento of our stay and a testament to how really lovely the staff were. We will certainly be back.
