Great stay! There were a few little niggles here and there (light out in living room, stompy person upstairs (fortunately only heard them in the evenings), crumbs and dust here and there), but overall it was a great stay. Other than "stompy" upstairs, it was a quiet place, had good water pressure in the shower, a decently stocked kitchen (in terms of cooking gear, not food/seasonings), was easy to get to, close to multiple express grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries. We actually found it to be pretty central and convenient to everything and walked almost everywhere (but we're avid walkers so take that with a grain of salt). Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location in a safe neighbourhood, about 15 mins walk to the castle. Staff were very lovely and accomodating. The hotel could have supplied washing tablets but other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Nice clean, spacious apartment. Walking distance to tram Cons: bathroom shower arrangement is interesting, there's a floor mop in place to move all the water into the drain. Whenever you shower the water goes to the whole bathroom including the toilet and sink area. I suppose it is for wheelchair accessibility but a hassle to mop the entire floor each time after showering and is still wet and slippery which is quite dangerous.

Location is good. You can walk to many of the city's sites within 10-15 min. The space was nice and the kitchen had everything you one would need. However, we paid for the cleaning service, but it seemed to only include bed making and towel service.
