Don't hold hotel rooms for those who pay
The company has a policy that they do not hold hotel rooms for those who prepay. They give the room away and then try to find them a room at another location. The front desk guy was good to try to help the Patron to relocate. they also don't return the money to the customer. terrible policy

Not impressed
the hotel is very old and run down, but we did have a nice size room. Overall, i wasn't very impressed and i don't feel the hotel was worth what i paid.

A convenient location near the centre of Edinburgh.
Easy to get to and park at, but the traffic wardens are very active ! Put a parking ticket on your car as soon as you park. The ground-floor room was a bit noisy, due to a nearby air extractor, and the bathroom rather cold, but not bad value for money. The best feature is its location, just off the Queensferry Road, which makes it very easy to get to.

Cheap, clean hotel close to the centre of Edinburgh
This is a good budget hotel for travellers wanting to be close to the centre of Edinburgh. Hotel staff were very helpful and while the rooms were not fantastic they were clean and spacious.
