I liked the location a lot. On Saturday and Sunday nights you can park on the street behind the university lots and not pay for parking. It is $15 per night to park in the university lots.

The room was amazingly spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Be aware that if you need parking it is $15 a night. That would have been good to know beforehand.

Thank you for your review. At our property we have a variety of accommodation options including hotel rooms, deluxe suites, and standard rooms. Only our hotel rooms and deluxe suites have a TV and Keurig coffee maker. To keep the price of our standard rooms affordable, they come with limited amenities. Because of this, we make sure that TV, phone, and coffee pot are not mentioned as provided amenities for these room types online and in our confirmation letters.

Nice clean place with basic room amenities. Great location! However, no AC. There are fans, but the room does get warm in the summertime.

this property is in a great location in Edmonton for those who are familiar with Edmonton's transit system. However; it is also within walking distance of many of the cities major attractions including the river valley.

Well located and clean
Its well located if you need to be downtown and if all you want is a place to sleep. It also has a small kitchen. There is no TV or air conditioning, but they do provide a small fan.

The staff is fabulous you have to remember that you’re staying in a dorm. Our room was unbearably hot while others one door up were more comfortable. The mattresses are encased in plastic, the sheets and blankets are Ill-fitting and rough. The floors are concrete, the showers are tiny, the towels are rough and quite small. If you go expecting to be staying in a dorm and knowing what that entails, it’s fine. If you’re expecting to be comfortable and cares for like in a hotel, pay the higher rate and stay on the first floor in the hotel rooms. The price was great if you’re on a budget and, again, the staff is fabulous. Did I sleep well? No.:

Thank you for your review regarding your stay with us in one of our standard suites. As you described, we are a student residence that offers our unoccupied dorm rooms on guest-only floors at an affordable rate, but we also have Hotel Rooms and Deluxe Suites at a higher rate available as well. It also appears you stayed with us during a warm spell in May when temperatures were above 30C. Unfortunately, our building does not have air conditioning which for a few weeks in the year, the rooms can be quite warm. We do provide fans and the windows open to allow for some air circulation. We hope to welcome you back to campus soon!
