While the staff was pleasant, they were absent most of the time. We had a great sleep but it was noisy with the train nearby. Beds were terrific. I was told and shown where breakfast would be starting at 6am, there wasn't a sign of any staff at 6 or even 6:30 when we departed. No staff at check out. I really can't recommend.

I love this hotel. I always stay here when passing through Edson. It's not a 5 star, luxurious stay...but that's not me. Its clean, the bed & bedding is super comfortable. Has great dark/blackout curtains, AC works. There's a good sized fridge with small freezer and a microwave. All the things I need when passing through for a night. The bathroom (showers) could definitely use some upgrading....but perhaps that'son the 'To Do' list, because everything else in the room has been renovated.

There is lots of parking Staff is there but you need to ring a bell and then they come down to see you at the front deck Rooms are clean but bathroom is out dated no fan in bathroom so if you poop everyone in the room smells it Breakfast is small and only runs 2 hours 7:00-9:00am and coffee and juice machines were out of order Trains go by all night and it’s hard to fall a sleep Price is really good Read some other reviews and I’m not sure why they are so good …. It’s just a ok place and it’s cheap I think the pictures are from when it was new and now it’s dated 20-30 years old now

It’s good for an overnight stay on your way to other site seeing places. Bathrooms are horrendous, towels provided still have some questionable stains. Breakfast room was very unkempt. It is super cheap, so I guess you get what you paid for.

The family suite we booked was decent, with excellent value for the cost. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and trying. That said, little, easy things were lacking. The room was ‘average’ clean at best. The breakfast was so basic there wasn’t even brewed coffee. Even something as simple as clean up and/or empty all the garbages and cigarette butts and random garbage at the front entrance. All around sort of ‘meh.’

Overall clean but an older building with older renovations. It was very warm in the main building and our room had the AC running all night trying to cool it down. The separate bedroom did not have any AC and the window would not open. The bathtub was not included in the renovations and was in need of repair. No Kleenex provided. The complimentary breakfast was very basic - mini muffins, bread with peanut butter and jam (large containers, not individually packaged), milk, coffee, and juice. Staff were friendly and parking was ample. Price reflects what you get.

The breakfast timing of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. was quite inconvenient and felt too limited for guests. Additionally, the jam, butter, and other breakfast items were not provided in individual sealed packets. Instead, they were placed in shared jars, requiring guests to use communal spoons. This raises significant hygiene concerns, and I am unsure whether this practice meets standard health and safety guidelines.
