"Probably the worst motel in whole state, there was literally a rat in the room and the shower head was filthy disgusting and the staff are so rude, don’t recommend it"

"So good I decided to come back to stay here again for multi nights while in Boston/Waltham. Good mattresses, great pillows, clean room, clean air, clean carpets - pretty much brand new. cleanest of the properties I stayed while in Waltham at several different hotels. Breakfast was decently good. Could have some better options. Had better breakfast at other places, but the room, bed, pillows and gym + pool make up for it. If they just had kick a coffee it would be in the running for best breakfast around. Hotel and front desk staff were great. Always around and helpful. They had razor on hand, plus shaving cream. Microwave downstairs (2) for your needs which worked. Wifi good. Best stay in Waltham. No restaurant on site, but they have a small bar and a few pre made food options. Trade off is you get great room and bed/pillows. Later check out time too than other hotels around. A+ stay. Pool a bit small. Shower in the pool area was leaking and spraying to the side, but minor issue. Daughter made friends with other kids in pool and had a great time. She also loved the breakfast (bagels and waffles)
To Improve:
1. Train kitchen staff to make good coffee. Something is happening here that should change. End result needs to be great coffee every time. Only 1 of 3 mornings did I notice the coffee being decently good. Most are bad where I thought about just tossing it out and going to a coffee shop.
2. Juice also watered down. Flavor of apple and orange not strong and just off. "
