"Extremely helpful caring staff, checked on our first night of there were any issues and sorted them out. Beautiful hotel. Food was exceptional with talented chefs who were accommodating and helpful and again staff who went all out to assist"
"The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area (but honestly this happened a lot this summer in Cairo compared to other summers, unsure why!), and there was a plumbing issue where the faucet leaked lots (and was fixed promptly), like I said, it is an older property it seems. It is a pretty good size property and its secure as there are people at the gates checking who comes in and out. The garden cafes cute, and the lobby is home-y. I think the best part was the people who worked here, and I am appreciative of their work!! "
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Stay – Ideal Location & Exceptional Comfort!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes away from Point 90 Mall and Cairo Festival City, which made shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Whether I needed to grab a quick bite or enjoy a relaxing evening out, everything was within easy reach.
The accommodation itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed, including strong Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a clean, stylish bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, always ready to help with a smile.
What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere—despite being so close to two of Cairo’s liveliest areas, the space was quiet and relaxing, perfect after a long day out.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New Cairo. It’s the perfect blend of location, comfort, and value. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well equipped. A/C was effective and quiet, unlike the traffic - but it wasn't unduly disturbing. 10 mins away from New Cairo CBD - so good location. Only problem was the late breakfast time - but they did offer to deliver it early to my room if required"
