Room cleaning was done regularly. The female head of the executive suites was ver polite and supportive. "

I only wished we had organized more through them with the time we had in Cairo. It was by far our favorite hotel stay on our honeymoon and travels over the last two months. Marcelino the manager was exceptionally excellent. So passionate, invested in helping us and our overall experience I thought he must own the place.
