"Great hotel, but very uncomfortable getting a reservation at the hotel restaurants. I asked for a 7-7:30 pm reservation at the Chinese one, but they only offered 11:00 pm (explained to them that I was waking up at 5:00 am the next day). Was impossible. After that, I asked for an Italian table, and I was told it was fully booked. I was not happy, and I spoke to the manager. They offer me at 7:00 as long as I leave at 8:15pm…. unbelievable.
