"Do not book with this hotel. I was moved to a different (unacceptable) hotel without asking me first. The hotel claimed they were a sister hotel and that Cairo Castle Hotel had electricity problems. The phone number online was disconnected. I did get my refund through hotels.com, but it took some fighting and an expensive phone call to the USA to receive it. "
