I got an excellent service at this hotel the friendly workers from all the areas especially Maria and Nathalie from the front desk and keren from the dining room. Everyone is amazing. We got all we needed and the best part is so close to all the attractions! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would be back!

The worst hotel on the planet. Maintanance is horrible. Toilet seat is loose, color fades on the wall, breakfast was terrible and it was so pricy. Totaly not recommended

Horrible asylum type room

When we checked in, the room was nothing like what was advertised. It was late at night so we really didnโ€™t have any choice but to suffer through it. When checking the room closer, one of the mattresses had a huge blood stain at the head of the bed. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheets. We had to get up early the next morning. Additionally, there was so much clubbing noise. We complained at checked out but the person at the desk didnโ€™t care. We contacted hotels.com to complain but the hotel was unwillingly to do anything about any compensation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
