"At first sight the hotel and the location were a disaster, but after checking in and checking out the room and the amenities the hotel offered I changed my mind and was pleased during the stay. the stuff was very helpful at accommodating our needs and the all inclusive program is great when traveling with kids. Lital was very nice at the reception, she is great. thank you"
"The only two good points about the hotel is the location and price. Air-conditioning also was very good. But i didn't like the rooms and the food. It's not that bad, but in every hotel of 4 stars I was before it was much better. My family last day even didn't agree to come eat breakfast with me there. The swimming pool is small, if you have more than 10 persons inside it becomes crowded. I don't know how many stars this hotel is but i wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. I would recommend it to...
"We absolutely loved this property!! We arrived late and the desk clerk had stepped away. Staff directed us to dinner and we returned for an easy checkin. "
"Nice and clean rooms for a one night stay. But the hotel is across the central bus station so it’s quite noisy and the area itself is pretty run down."
"Literally, the best all inclusive place in Israel the pool was a little cold and the waterpark and large pool was under construction wasn’t too happy about that but overall, the staff was great and very accommodating"

"We were shocked by how terrible this hotel turned out to be. The pictures and description online were completely misleading. The place was old, dirty, and poorly maintained — definitely not worth the amount of money we spent.
The room smelled musty, the furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated (or cleaned) in decades, and the cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. Stains on the bedding, grime in the bathroom, and dusty surfaces everywhere made it impossible to feel comfortable.
We expected at least the basics for the high price we paid, but this place failed on every level. It was a total rip-off and a huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — this place should not be in business until it gets a serious overhaul.

"I really like the big bucket with free ice and plastic bags that you can take with you to the beach due to the high temperatures it was pretty convenient having ice with us at all times"
"it's an older hotel but it's super nice and fun and free. great stay away from all the busy hotel strip. feels very much like a vacation. and while breakfast could have been more upscale and cleaner and some renovation is in place, I still loved my stay there. "
"The rooms were wonderful. Staff were attentive and friendly. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. Our room had a beautiful garden view. Definitely recommend."
