"Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch and jaw dropping, the food was non stop and beyond this world you literally get a food coma after each meal, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far! Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable! Super Kids friendly and Adult friendly as well. Can't describe how amazing this place truly is, you got to experience it for yourself. You will walk out of this place only to keep coming back! Managers and VPs are the best! The entertainment staff and bar tenders and restaurant staff are all so friendly, caring, warm and fun. Robi the head of the entertainment department will make sure you and your family get included in all the activities and give you a shout out for a celebration/birthday. Tal the head Manager is the best, she will go out of her way to accommodate you and take great care of you and make your stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ucoral! "A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number o hard surfaces in the lobby. It would be nice to see more soft surfaces to absorb sound rather than reflect it. Now, with that said, our experience at Leonardo Plaza in Eilat was once again excellent. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. The food was amazing. We will continue to return for our annual vacation as long as it's possible - the place represents a great value for the money we spent and we're already looking forward to next year."
