"The location was on an alley. The room was tiny, barely big enough to hold a bed. It smelled horrible. Communication took a half hour between messages. "The first room we stayed in was a 6 bunk military barracks with one outlet and a small bathroom that had 1/2 an inch of soap scum on the shower glass. The TV was a 13 inch set at 8 ft off the ground and we couldn't get it to work. We paid $160 for this. My wife talked to the receptionist and she was nice enough to move us into an "actual" room. "I did the booking for a room but when I arrived I noticed I was in a shared room with black curtains, so not good a privacy. Power electricity to charge phone depends on how long you keep turned on your own lamp. I had bad roommates who decided to turn off the lights for all the room and the air conditioning temperature.
