"Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und den gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum („Stube“) haben wir nicht genutzt; beides sah aber sehr einladend aus. "In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. The wellness and spa amenities were top notch."

"Der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön.Das Wasser im Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Die Sauna war sehr gut. Nur die Liegen im Ruheraum waren zu hart und zu niedrig. Wir konnten sie daher nicht nutzen. Das Personal war, besonders in der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und behilflich. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wieder kommen."
