However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer. Two – it’s in the basement requiring older people to carry and find their way without any instructions. Seem careless, and this was the general attitude of the staff towards their guestsa "

The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and have such a welcoming atmosphere that I immediately feel at ease every time I arrive.
