"It is a very cool castle! Staff was not helpful. Coffee was goodbut the french toast was not cooked."

"The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The wifi signal was very bad. We could not operate our devices. At night there was no hot water for the shower."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff, the location, the view! I felt like the location was pretty central to all the must see spots. They are accommodating in helping you find tours and the made to order breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend paying extra for it. The only downfall is all the stairs. You do have to cline up to the main floor 2 flights of stairs and if you have any physical issues request a room on the same floor as the elevator. All the staff was amazing. Thank you all for a wonderful stay! We will be back! "
