"The Hotel is a bit hard to find. When you come from the main road the Hotel sign is showing to the opposite direction"
"The restaurant is great and the Imperial Suite had a great view. The gym was my only issue. Small and some equipment was broken. Staff really friendly. "
"This was the most beautiful property that Ive seen in Guatapé, everything was so clean and beautiful. The staff was so much fun at the bar, they danced with us and we had a blast. Ill return again and again! I can't say there was anything I didn't like ❤️"
"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems.
The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay.
Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic."
