"This property is awesome!! The hotel is beautifully decorated with large glass windows and doors that leads you to a large deck with a beautiful view of the Rock and the lake . There is large hot tub on the deck which was great . The breakfast they delivered and served in our Chalet was delicious . There were 6 of us , there were 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size bed pullout bed in the living room , only drawback with that is the living room doesn’t have a black out curtains...

"The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. Took a while to get in touch with the person to check us in, and then we had to wait a long time for someone to show up."

"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
