"We love the beach, the pools, the varieties of drinks at the bars, and the friendliness of the staffs. The only complaints are the “specialty restaurants” - i believe management can do better in terms of streamline the lineup/reservation. It is kind of messy with no rules when letting people in, which upset a lot of guests and wasting a lot of time. Buffet quality/choices are acceptable "

"I had the most amazing time at this resort. The service is outstanding and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. They made me feel special every single day as I was there on a solo vacation celebrating my birthday. The butlers and managers are exceptional. Victor and Sergio are awesome. I believe they’re are managers. So personable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of Jonathan, Lidia, Daniel, and Elvis as butlers for the few days I was there, and all extremely helpful and attentive. I was sad to leave but I will be back every year no doubt about it. The food was 10/10. Service 20/10. Worth every penny. Book!!"
