"The property, along with its amenities like the gym, is dated. However, it does offer a convenient shuttle service. The room was unclean, even after requesting housekeeping to clean it. Despite repeated requests, zero effort made. Would not recommend this property not worth the price. "

"The stay was excellent, only problem is the airport shuttle. They don’t answer the phone for pickup and even though it says they run until 11pm they said I needed to be outside by 10:30. Once someone finally answered we were all picked up. Although they left an entire group behind whom had been waiting 40 minutes said a lady. "

"Pool did not look like website...pool bar CLOSED, restaurant CLOSED, bar in lobby CLOSED...Plus, only one elevator was working.... And had to get three different codes to get into my hotel room. Waited almost an hour"

Cleanliness was poor. Dust and dirt in the bathroom, and the furniture in the room was dirty and stained. Broken sitting desk with a water bubbled top. The windows would not open, They didn’t have screens to open for fresh air. When we walked into the room it had a very strong smell of mold coming from the air conditioner. So we immediately turned it off. We were very disappointed with it being a Best Western Plus. It was very shabby. Beds were comfortable but the covers were old and not clean. We are so sorry to have to share this with you . But we will never come back. "

"Hotel itself was lovely. A little hard to find. Good proximity to the airport. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming. Pool was closed for a private party. The music from the rooftop party was so loud that we had to use the earplugs they provided. Could not get any sleep since the music continued until 3am and we had an early flight the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was ok but all the food was cold. I would not stay there again."

"The shuttle that was offered was great! The shuttle is free and would provide transportation to anywhere in the city. This was very useful for use because we were not flying out till the next day. The shuttle took us to restaurants and shopping by request."

"Cons Internet wasn't good, breakfast was interesting. The traffic noise is horrendous. Pros Bed was comfortable. Close to lots of places to get food."
