"The staff was amazing. We were in town for the BTS concert and they did their best to accommodate early check ins while also preparing a room for people to get ready in for those that weren’t checked in yet."

"I can’t really review this because the hotel was double booked and I did not get a room. I was told my room was canceled after I had driven nearly 9 hours to get there. However, I believe that the staff was really kind and it wasn’t on them. It was more on the management and the owners which aren’t local so that cost a big problem I had called earlier to confirm my late check-in and the management who I’m not sure where they’re at had told me that I was gonna be OK, but once I arrived, the staff told me that they weren’t even aware and they had just been told to hold off on telling everybody that their room was canceled. I think that the staff was really really kind, and I wish I could’ve stayed there too. Give them a better review of the actual amenities, but besides that it was just a little hiccup in my trip."

"It was very convenient to be able to walk a short distance from the airport. The room was nice. I slept well with no disruption. I really like the free fountain Coke. I'll stay again next time I come to El Paso."

"Beautiful town and beautiful hotel"

"First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond."

"It was a very nice hotel, especially BTS was staying at this hotel while we were there. Unfortunately we could not stay 2 nights, due to such high demeand for hotels at that time."
