"The staff and manager at Marbella are so friendly and helpful. There was never a request that was denied. The room is small, but comfortable with the air conditioning working perfectly. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves outside the window are amazing. The beach is very clean and although public it only had hotel guests in the area in front of the hotel during our stay. "I reserved a classic room. upon arrival i was brought to a room in deplorable condition. i was walked to the back of the property past many other rooms/spaces, stone path broken up and dangerous, room just haf a bed, walls dirty. dim, bathroom was BEYOND a health.violation, paint peeling all over, tub was leaky amd gross, shower head had mold/algae. I immediately returned to the front desk and made them aware of the issue. i asked for another room, they did not have one for the same price, but...
