The hotel was very accommodating for our late check in. The room was clean and looked the way it did in the photos. There is a shop and hairdesser inside of the hotel. The pool was the best part. It was very large and clean. The restaurant stayed open until midnight which was helpful.

We booked a SPA hotel but Spa was not operational. The hotel did not inform us before arrival despite knowing about that for several days. When we asked at check-in the person at reception effectively said ‘it’s not our problem’ and was really quite rude and unwelcoming. That was a shame because ...
