"Cute property, rooms basic but clean and nice. The only issue is noise. The Malecon and nearby bars and clubs can be heard until late at night. I had earplugs so not a problem, consider bringing some if you choose to stay. "

"Staff were very nice and made us feel important and welcome every day. They answered our questions and made excellent suggestions for our travel plans. The hotel room itself was the basic one. We would have liked to have a fridge but although that was not available, staff were able to accommodate our needs. The fan and A/C worked great. Water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was a good size but not that comfortable of mattress. Pool had warm water with ample seating and shade options making it a nice spot to relax and refresh after a day of beaches/sightseeing before going back out again. Location is central and made for a good jumping off point."

"The afternoon check in woman is not helpful at all. It appears she doesn’t want to even be working. There is a ton of construction debris surrounding the side and back of hotel that many rooms look over. "

"The listing was misleading because it didn't show what building the room was in until after it was booked. The address listed is the hotel and it is far from there. There was no guaranteed parking and the apartment was not stocked well enough for a property with no services (not enough towels, no beach towels, not enough pillows, etc.). Also the pool and other common areas were in a state of disrepair. "

"So the location is safe and good. No issues. The elevators only accommodate two adults and two children. They are very small. The rooms are also small. And the parking is limited. I have no complaints. It served it's need but isn't anything special. "

"Took 30 minutes to check in. Staff at front desk didn't bothet to help just talking to othet stuff and checking out phone. No fridge no safe no towels"
