"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. "We loved this hotel. Clean and charming. It is located walking distance from the things we love to do in San Miguel De Allende. The price is extremely reasonable. Great breakfast and parking convenience. The only things that needed improvement are the shower head and the toilet. We will definitely come back!"

"Our stay at Hacienda El Santuario was amazing! Staff was very kind and responsive to all questions and anything that we needed during our stay. They helped us arrange transportation to/from the Queretaro Airport, we used laundry services, booked a couples massage, and my boyfriend even arranged a marriage proposal on their rooftop! Truly a wonderful experience and they're not far from the main plaza so definitely a highly recommended stay!"
