"Hotel is nice a comfortable. I only had two issues…one the room was very hot and there is no individual control for temperature. They control it and it was too hot.
Two,.. I had made a reservation for 4 people in one room. They only provided 2 towels. We called for additional towels on two occasions but we never received the towels.

However, I would make note that you will clearly hear voices from other rooms even though people are talking at a normal volume. If the hotel was fully occupied it would be very unpleasant . Windows do not open to the outside. They open into a light shaft and noise travels up and down. "
