"Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. They tried to tell us to pay an extra night if we wanted to sleep. They were cruel and unprofessional. It was an utterly disgusting experience."

"The perfect place to stay. The staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. We arrived very late and they went out of their way to take care of us. The hotel is located in a great central location. Roof-top pool has beautiful views of the mountains and city below. Breakfast was Fantastic. Would stay there again without question."

"Lovely and modern hotel set in an old stone building. Very central and close to major sites. Great and attentive staff. Breakfast was very good. Open wine bar cart in the lounge/library area was a really nice touch. Hotel itself is a nice place to hang out. I didn’t go to the bar or do any of the wine tastings but wish I had. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely come back."

"Very helpful staff. They allow us to early check in after a redeye flight. It was so needful on that moment. Breakfast options also very good. Ellaborate buffet with plenty options even a sandwitch maker which I never got in any hotel before. Providencia is very peaceful place and with good neighbourhood and very near to the tallest building. My kids love when a robo came to deliver our towel in room."
