"Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were friendly and there seems to be an always available champagne happy hour in the lobby. My favorite part of this hotel was the room temperature. As someone who finds most hotels to be hot, we were able to see the thermostat and use the ceiling fan to keep it just above freezing in our room—-which was much appreciated! I’d stay here again "

"Easy to find, with close access to metro. Welcoming staff, very clean, good first impressions. Had the junior suite which was very spacious, with balcony. Ned was vert comftable. Breakfast was very good with large selction of items. Recommended stop."

Eva explained how street names work here, which was very helpful. On Christmas morning, the staff even went outside in the cold to call a taxi for us. The service truly exceeded our expectations.
