"We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning with hundreds of people who have come to bath in the hot pools and waterfall. "

Traveling with young children (ages five and three), we weren’t sure what to expect at a more upscale resort, but it exceeded all expectations. Our kids had an amazing time, especially enjoying the chocolate massage and the pool area. It meant so much to us to see them so happy and included. Between the beautiful setting, the thoughtful details, and the heartfelt hospitality, we created memories we will cherish for a long time.
