"Breakfast was hot and good, staff were always polite, rooms were clean, this is the second time we have stayed here. Will make it a third when we go back. Only reason I didn't leave 5 stars for a few was minimal. Our room shower water was more luke warm never got hot enough to enjoy and there were some black stains on our comforter, it was clean just there. Small things. Everything else was great. "

"Had no hot water then the next morning NO water at all. Pretty much everything was out of order (juice machine for breakfast, all vending machines except one), no TV in the morning, huge crack down the wall, very musty smell, parking lot not even safe to drive on in places. Honestly very confused how it had the rating it did. Staff was nice but really didn’t even know if everyone would get reimburse for their rooms. "

"This is an OK motel for quick overnight stays. Contractors make use of this motel to house their crews, and the parking lot and hallways can be noisy at night. The breakfast selection and amenities are minimal, but there are McDonald's, Culver's, and a grocery store within a short walk."

"The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was hot and tasty! I loved the make your own waffle station and the biscuits and gravy. The room was clean, no smell at all. Sheets were not dirty as other reviews mentioned. This will be our go to place we need a quick stay. Thank you!!"

"The parking lot at Village Inn was clean but the bathroom was not clean. The floor in the bathroom needed a very thorough cleansing and the bath tub."
