"We stayed at Osage Village Inn from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25 for a vacation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the pool shown on the website, only to find out it was closed and apparently not planned to reopen anytime soon due to maintenance issues. This should absolutely be disclosed before booking. The customer service was also poor. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed anytime we needed assistance. Even asking for extra towels felt like an inconvenience to him. The room itself was not clean and had a bad smell. The wallpaper was falling off, the trim around the jet tub was missing, there was a hole in the wall, and the toilet was stained and looked dirty. On top of that, the water pressure was terrible and barely worked. Overall, this stay did not match what was advertised online, and we were very disappointed with both the condition of the property and the customer service."

"We stayed in the windrose area and parking near our unit was not available however it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Just a note that it is open to the public. We stayed in an older unit that was okay. The addition of pools and bars since our last visit was nice to see! Steak Tacos at Landsharks were great!"
