"1st room we had the AC didn’t work, it was dirty (shrimp tails left on the floor from previous people, bathroom dirty, floors not clean in general) the remote for 1 tv didn’t work and the 2nd tv didn’t work at all. Management moved us to another room that had AC working. Cool, bathroom was nasty, floors were dirty, neither TV worked, only had a half roll of toilet paper(ran out of that and borrowed a roll from my brothers room) at least the sheets were clean I guess. Would not recommend staying here."

"Check in and out was easy. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking seemed safe. I will definitely stay here again. "

"No constant fan option for the AC. The sheets weren’t changed. The had stains on them as well. The shower curtain and bathroom as a whole were dirty and dingy. "

"The staff was very helpful and polite. Parking and check-in was easy. Had a great view of the lake. Close to fast food and Pizza!"

"The breakfast buffet has amazing fresh fruit and dinner was also very good. Nice bar area. The pool wasn't open for the season yet but looked like a good place to hang out. Our room has a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in our room was very loud and has difficulty cooling the room."

"Check in was horrible. The young girl was very rude. She was outside somewhere originally. When I walked in no one was at the counter and I just waited there thinking someone was possibly in the back or helping someone. Once she walked inside she walked behind me and around the corner to the counter and I said hello. She never greeted me. In fact minutes go by and she said “you say something?” I said, I said hello. She said oh and sat down. A few more minutes go by and she said do you need something. She was rude and unprofessional the entire time she checked me. She was sarcastic and said oh I didn’t know if you were here for groceries. Being that it was 10pm and we were exhausted I did not escalate the situation and because she looked like a child, maybe 18. However, that’s no excuse to tolerate this behavior as a company and she should be properly trained if she’s going to be in hospitality. Everyone else was good. The person at the front the next day was pleasant and the room keepers were very nice. Breakfast could’ve been warmer but that’s not a huge deal. I can obviously see this young lady was a fluke however she put a very bad taste in my mouth for holiday express and I don’t think we’ll choose them again. "
