"Everything was wonderful! Staff were all great. "

"The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked for a discount and Debbie said she had to check with the owner. BTW 3 of the 5 floors are under construction and the contractors use the same elevator as the customer. We have stayed here for the last 8 years on our travels to/from Ohio - never again. "

"What breakfast. I wish there was breakfast lol. Coffee was the only thing provided. Trust me I asked about breakfast the dude at the counter looked at me like yeah right"

"Rooms were not clean. Bedding (sheets and bedspreads) were stained (appears they weren't washed). Went to use the phone, didn't work, cord was broken. Looked like it was that way for a while. We were offered a different room. Basically looked the same."

"Friendly staff, clean room with one of the best mattresses I’ve slept in at a hotel. The coffee bar is top notch and available 24/7 which I appreciate since we usually get on the road before 6am. Some great local options for food too! Check out the Mason Jar which is 5 minutes from the hotel."

"Dont stay here the pictures for advertising this hotel is deceptive. The breakfast was a mess. We left and ate on the road. The room they originally gave us was on the inside of the hotel but you had to park your car and walk through this corridor outside which was very dingy. You can take a motel slap paint on it and call it quality. "

"I never stayed here. Somebody tell hotels.com to actually validate emails before letting somebody book a hotel stay. This thing asked me repeatedly to review it and I can't ignore it, so here you go! It keeps asking me to review this hotel and I can't get it to stop."

"This was a simple, affordable, comfortable stay. I enjoyed a ground level room with my old dog right next to the potty green space. Safe area to walk, clean mountain air and charming historic Main Street just down the road "
