"Room was very clean. Breakfast was great! The only thing I didn't like was the room not being cleaned daily. Not so much every surface, but just a quick towel change and empty the smaller trash cans in room which typically aren't a problem if emptied every day. Maybe say you will get an express clean every other day. I will write the campaign for you! We were tired and had to track someone down to empty our trash and get towels for the next day which is a little annoying when you are paying a good amount to stay at a better hotel."

"Dirty hallways floors-3rd floor hallway ceiling was missing 2 panels all 10 days, workman brought me a remote for the tv that still was out for 10 days, The key lock failed for 4 days ! Heard a real gun shot in the parking lot & called 911 ! A depressing experience.
I won’t stay here again. "
