"We got there and I had booked a two bed but they said they were out of two bed rooms, so we got two rooms instead and the two rooms we got both had people already staying in there, so we got a third room and the fire alarm was hanging by just wires"

"What was great: food service staff. Kind, nice, helpful with a smile. Breakfast options were sufficient for anyone to find at least something. What was terrible: both suites I booked had issue with bathrooms. Both had dirty showers with hair on walls and floor. One of our rooms had shower that was leaking from everywhere possible so there was no pressure and water wouldn't drain. I called front desk and was told that maintenance people leave at 5PM so nothing can be done at that time. Not impressed."
