"Needed an affordable hotel near the conference and discovered this one. It's right next to the Courtyard Marriott and less than 60 steps to the WTC. Quiet by NYC standards and the staff made sure to take care of you and also give you privacy. I will be staying here again. "

"the hotel was in a perfect location, we walked everywhere and there was also multiple subway stations right near by. The food in the restaurant/pub in the hotel was really good, the boneless wings and ceaser salad were amazing. Edgar who worked there was great too. The rooms were really big which is surprising for nyc and everything was clean. Overall great stay. "

"Staff is great, rooms are neat clean and updated, the A/C works but it's loud. Great location too, easy to get subway, dining nearby. We will stay again. "

"Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and good location close to subway and 9/11 memoria. The only slight negative were the hotel lifts. Far too busy and had to always wait. I’m noticed some people staying got quite annoyed. "

"Overall nice place to stay, breakfast was alright and pretty pricey for the type an quality of food. The elevators are not necessarily their fault but waiting a very long time in the evenings to simply go up or down the elevator due to the small size and number of units available"
