"The rooms are very large, almost like a suite with a couch and a separate area for the fridge and a 2nd sink. The breakfast sausage isnt very flavorful and lacked spices. That is my only complaint"

We put our “do not disturb” sign on our door the first night and when I exited my room the next morning a Staff member saw me and immediately asked if I was room 514. I said yes and she asked if I needed anything. So sweet and so above and beyond! The room was great, no complaints. This was our weekend getaway from life, children and all those stresses. It was perfect (again, as always). Even the lady checking me in was awesome. We chatted about the Outlets in Lee, Ma. and she gave us warm chocolate chip cookies. Assuming that’s protocol but was still awesome!! "

"I believe this was the first time staying at a Marriott Hotel and I have to say the experience was a solid 9/10. From the moment we arrived the front desk staff and the restaurant/bar team were outstanding - friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They really set the tone for the great stay. We stayed in room 538 which had a king size bed that was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious clean and had excellent blackout shades, which made it easy to relax and sleep. The only issue we ran into was the morning cleaning staff starting around 7 AM. There was a lot of loud talking near the linen room as if people were shouting across a long distance. One morning, I had to leave early for errands and could clearly hear someone talking very loudly again. When I opened the door I saw one of the cleaning staff on her phone, using a hands-free device speaking loudly from inside the linen room. I asked why are you so loud and she just smiled without saying anything. It felt inconsiderate to guest who might still be sleeping. Aside from that everything else about the stay was excellent. The hotel itself the amenities and especially the front desk and the restaurant staff made the experience extremely positive. I would definitely stay here again - I just hope management can address the early morning noise from housekeeping."
