"Hello, We have stayed here many times and this last visit was very disappointing. Our first room smelled disgusting, we moved into a new room and had issues there as well. Coffee machine was broken, resort was severely understaffed so when we needed help we couldn’t get any. Added a level of stress for our stay when we look forward to coming to Eden. "

"This was my second time at this property and I enjoyed my stay. My family and I love the jacuzzi and pool. I wish they offered different breakfast choices everyday other than the same thing. But overall it was good! "

"Don’t recommend staying here. There is zero soundproofing of the rooms and it was so loud. You can hear everything in the adjacent rooms and the one above too. Even hearing the toilets flushing! Yuck!"

"This was our second time here, and we loved it even more than the first. You cannot beat the proce for what you get. No frills, but friendly staff and a clean, nice room. It is very close to down town Hershey and the park. We will continue to stay jere when we spend the night up in Hershey ❤️ "
