Cold night with no working heating. Easy to park which is good for trucks but no heatng is a joke plus the bathroom smelt old and damp

Tjekkede ind via Hotels.com da jeg med to børn var strandet i Elmshorn fordi DB havde indstillet togdriften og vi ikke kunne komme videre. Billigt. 700kr og der var derefter. Søde og rare mennesker i receptionen. Een tv-kanal der viste en ung Kirk Douglas der bankede en masse tyske soldater i en amerikansk krigsfilm der var synkroniseret til...fransk! Fint hotel i en nødløsning, eller man skal bruge noget billigt.

Pretty Cozy

Front desk staff spoke English and made it really easy for me to check in and out. Room was small, but cozy. Air conditioning would have been nice, but other than that its just a decent room with everything you need. Room was clean and my stay was enjoyable.

Zimmer zum Hof

Zum Übernachten für eine Nacht ist das Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Lüftungsanlage auf dem Hof, die die ganze Nacht läuft, ist nervig. Ansonsten ist der Gesamteindruck gut.

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht unbedingt den Erwartungen in der heutigen Zeit. Alte Bohrlöcher z. B. im Badezimmer wurden nicht zugemacht, Bauschaum nach dem Einsetzen eines Fensters nicht entfernt. Spinnweben an der Wand, Staub an verschiedenen Stellen im Zimmer. Im Zimmer befand sich ein zusätzliches Bett, obwohl wir ein nur ein Doppelzimmer bestellt hatten. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der Empfang im Hotel ist sehr freundlich.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten sogar vor dem eigentlichen check-in die Zimmer beziehen.

Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption haben wir ein besseres Zimmer erhalten, mit ebenerdiger Dusche und sauber war das Zimmer auch. Das Essen im Hotel war auch gut aber kaum Gäste da.

Ruhiges Hotel und sehr freundlicher Service. Dem Wunsch nach einem barrierefreien Zimmer wurde problemlos entsprochen.
