"Beautiful area overlooking Lake Superior! Many things to from hiking the many trails close by to cross country skiing and snow shoes which are provided at the main office.
Outdoor pool and sauna in the middle of winter is a unique experience that cannot be overlooked.
Restaurant on site is fabulous with great food and wonderful staff! "

pool was great with hot tub. Enjoyed both Bluefin Grill and Coho cafe close by. Love the North Shore and close to Temperance River which has great viewable falls without hiking to view them. "

"Great property and very friendly staff. I paid extra for a mountain view room but could only see the trees blocking my view. Carpeting needs cleaning as there’s a musty smell in the main lodge where I stayed. They keep the common areas too warm, a lot of humidity that adds to the mustiness. Maintenance needs to take charge and have a regular cleaning schedule."
