"Despite confirming our reservations the day of our trip, we were told that our rooms were canceled when we tried to check-in, leaving us with no where to stay upon our arrival in a foreign country. "Lovely apartment, with lovely outlook over the pool and garden. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner about the arrival arrangements. Strong reliable WiFi. Embassy Gardens has three pools. We used the nearest one daily and found it clean and the perfect temperature.
Nowhere really to walk to from the apartments, there's taxis outside, but we used Uber mostly. "

should incorporate the contact number of the agent that has to be called to assist in check in. Reaching the hotel before a you learn that you have to contact Expedia for an agent to assist you to check in is not helpful; very frustrating especially when the agent’s phone is off.
