"The hotel is nice but the staff needs some help in the customer service/hospitality area. Sighing, groaning, complaining. Annoyed at guests. Very bizarre for a hotel let alone an expensive one like this."

"We weren't able to park at the hotel as there were no spaces so they sent us across the road to a 24hr garage. All was good there, easy to find. Hotel was central for our needs, we saw a show at DAR so about a 10 minute walk. Food options close by were limited but we found the market a few blocks away and there were plenty of options in there."
